TIRED! ! !

wake up early for class
then went to hougang green to have breakfast
saw Miss Jessica Yap with her kids
(aww so cute!)

Went training
Maxi coach us today
HE IS JUST TO AWESOME!
he makes training...MORE LOVABLE! ! !
I actually feel myself improve:)
6-8 knots
National Sqaud,Advance Squad and Intermeidiete Squad
it went down big
2 races
1st race IS got 30 secs head start
did a trapiziod course
i came in 4th!
i was 3rd...but screwed up my running down
(so gotta improve on that:)
then 2nd race came in...
everbody started at 2mins
close-haul to KETA bouy
I round it 10th or 11th...
not bad...
